Controversial 1st team trouble-maker Sav Gandesha became the club's all-time leading wicket-taker on Saturday, when he claimed the key wicket of S Aziz, caught by Christian Austin on the boundary. During his eleven over spell, in which he claimed 1-30, he overtook ex-captain, Pres Patel, ironically turning out for the opposition on this occassion.

Losing his club record will do little to dampen speculation that Patel could be set for a second spell at the club.

Gandesha now has 87 wickets @ 20.61, still some way short of Richard Bibby, who is the clubs all-time leading TVL Wicket taker, with 117 @ 18.41.
