We have two more weeks of Friday night training before the end of the season, but before we wrap up for the year we are planning to hold a fun festival afternoon for those kids in the soft ball ages of Under 7, Under 8 and Under 9 (school years 2 to 4) next Sunday 29th August starting at 2pm and running until approx 6pm. Sorry for the short notice but I hope you can make it.
All abilities are welcome. We will have several pitches and the matches will be fast, furious and fun. The exact format will depend on numbers signing up. The bar and gelato stall will be open, and we are hoping to have a children's entertainer at some point during the afternoon.
It would be great if any mums, dads or other carers would volunteer to help run the teams on the day, umpire, score etc
