Exciting news!!
With Social Distancing rules changing this coming Saturday we look forward to inviting you,your family and friends back to the Club.
We have strictly followed the Government's guidelines and protocol in order to keep everyone safe.
In line with the above we have carried out a full Risk Assessment on behalf of our staff.
All activity will be based outside using the sizeable space we have on our outfield.
The Square will be roped off and the area we have locked off is in excess of 1,350sq m which means we can accommodate a maximum of 150 people at any one time.
Social distancing signage will be displayed outside and inside the Club,around the patio area,car park,access points to the outfield tables plus near the lavatories.
Sanitiser will be available around these areas.
You are more than welcome to bring your own food but please bring bin liners which we can put in our refuse collection.
Bar:
Will open from 2pm-7pm with recommended allocated rolling 2 hour slots.
These slots are fluid i.e 2pm booking-2.10 booking -3.15 booking etc.
Where requested we will look to accommodate more than 2 hour slots.
Tables will be numbered and reserved and can be booked in advance through me.
On arrival at CDCC you will be notified of your table number,or where possible in advance.
To minimise queues could you kindly ask your party to go straight to your table whilst 1/2 of you collect/order your drinks table.
Please let me know if you want to request a table(s) adjacent to friends.
Tables will be spaced apart slightly more than 1 metre in case the person you back onto and you decide to go to the bar/use the facilities at the same time.
On booking via email you will need to supply your contact details-email/phone-as the Primary Contact as well as the names making up you party of 6/8.
Drinks:
Bar staff will be wearing gloves and taking orders/serving behind tables at 2m distance.
As mentioned you can pre order and collect from a 2m distanced table at the patio doors.
To order on the day please queue at the door by the petanque area and your drinks will be delivered to the table by the patio doors.
Most of the drinks available will be bottled with some draft Rebellion IPA available.
Wine will be served by the bottle to minimise contact.Our wines are mostly screw top which you will keep so you can take your bottle home if required.
Drinks will be served in non collectable glasses.
Queues for collection will still be at 2m as we have the space.
Please remember all payment is to be contactless.
As per Government guidelines parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times and should follow social distancing guidelines.
Toilets:
A one out one in system please unless a child is accompanied by an adult.
Queueing will be from the Club House door back towards the green iron bar with sanitiser supplied.
We are only using the Ladies for everyone with the men only using the left side cubicle.
Please nudge the loo door open with your elbow and wash your hands prior to exit.
We will have a member of the team overseeing the facilities and carrying out a complete wipe down every 20 minutes.
Apologies for the detailed and wordy email but we want to reassure everyone of the lengths we have gone to comply with Govt guidelines to ensure everyone's safety.
Until further notice these guidelines will apply for all future openings.
