Match report A squad match played on a lively wicket ended in a victory for the Kestrels led by DJ over the Kites led by Ethan.

The match was dominated by extras (a whopping 122 in total across both innings) as bowlers shook off the rust from the winter to try to find their line and length. The pick of the batters was Arush with a measured innings of 20 of 22 balls. The pick of the bowlers was Thomas Hancock, who bamboozled the Kites with his spin to get 4 wickets for only 7 runs. Special mention also to Harry behind the stumps for the Kestrels, who took 2 stumpings and a catch and looked sharp throughout.
