Match report A good win for the boys tonight against a nice bunch of lads from Sandhurst. We lost the toss and were asked to field first. Will and Barny kept things tight, despite a lightning-fast outfield, and picked up a couple of wickets each in the first six overs. Rohan and Duncan (playing in his final match before heading off to South Africa) then continued the good work. Anis then bowled an excellent spell of pace, swinging it both ways to take 2 for 8 in his 4 overs. Arjun and Kieran also bowled some tidy spin. All of which restricted Sandhurst to 86 for 8 off their 20 overs.

In reply, a second wicket stand of 64 off 34 balls by James and Blake took us to the brink of victory before they were both out in identical fashion off consecutive balls looking for the glory shot to end the innings, but we still ran out comfortable winners with 7 wickets and more than half our overs to spare.

Well done to the boys, and bon voyage to Duncan - we wish you all the best at your new school.
