Match report Hi All, another strong performance by the boys, against a North Maidenhead team that is traditionally strong though I know they were missing a few boys.

Dan did a really good job rotating the bowlers with 7 boys getting to bowl in total and all of them did a great job, though special mention to Will's opening burst of 3 overs of 10/4 and Aaron's 4 wicket maiden over! I've not seen that before. Will and Aaron are proving a real handful for opposing batsmen and when you consider we were missing Toby Lemon, & Hill and Kieran Mistry from our bowling attack, it puts the club in a strong position in the bowling department. It was also good to see Blake behind the stumps after suffering from a coupe of injuries recently, I know that Dave is glad for some young legs behind the stumps on a Saturday :-)

In the end we managed to bowl North Maidenhead out for 73. The team chat was about taking our time to get the runs and try to do it without losing too many wickets.

It was great to see Tom Garner back and he opened the batting with Kieran. Suffice to say we managed to knock off the required runs in 14.2 losing just the 3 wickets. Low/uneven bounce being the main contributing factor to our wickets. A nice 27 N/O from Kieran and a quickfire 21 from Dom being the highlights of our batting.

Overall a really good performance and Dave remarked how sharp the boys looked in the field, chasing down singles, backing up and generally encouraging each other.
