Hi all,

This Sunday (22nd July) sees the ever-popular Colonel Garrett take place at the club all day!

There will be plenty of entertaining six a side cricket with pubs, restaurants and others associated with the village putting teams out to battle it out for the coveted trophy.

This is always a great day and a very important fund-raiser for the club and charity. The chosen charity for this year is Daisy's Dream who provide support for bereaved families in the Berkshire area. http://www.daisysdream.org.uk/

The bar will of course be open all day and this year's top raffle prize is an IPad 2. Team captains will be selling them to their teams on Saturday so make sure you get yourself some tickets! Tickets will also be available at colts training on Friday evening as well during the day on Sunday.

The cricket kicks off early in the morning around 9am and continues throughout the day and until the evening. Please bring friends and family along and any help with umpiring, manning the bar etc will be much appreciated so if you are able to help please do so!
