Cookham Dean cruised into the Quarter Finals of the Julian Cup after an eight wicket defeat of Holyport on Tuesday night. Aaron O'Donoghue's 5-17 and Sav Gandesha's 3-13 helped skittle the Chilterns League side for 73. Patrick Castleden's 30 and Jon Stewart's 25 not out saw the hosts claim an easy win with 10 overs left.

In the next round are Windsor who are top of TVL 2A and smashed Maidenhead and Bray by 81 runs on Tuesday night.

On Wednesday night, CDCC entertained Braywood in the East Berks Twenty20 League. A remarkable six wickets for Tom Wells-Cole turned the game on it's head and saw Cookham defend only 110 with a three run win.
