Thanks to everyone who came to the Club for Iftar - the meal breaking the fast during Ramadan - at sunset on May 1st.
The Chairman of Maidenhead Central Mosque Mr Hagi Saghir Ahmed and the Head Iman Mr Abid Hasmi - cricket lovers both - shared the importance of Ramadan and the relevance of fasting.
Wasim and his team provided an excellent meal after prayers.
This is the second time CDCC have done this and we hope it’ll become a fixture in the calendar.
