The club is delighted to announce that it has secured the support of Maidenhead MP, and former Prime Minister, Theresa May MP as a patron for our new pavilion project.
In a statement she said:
"I am proud to be supporting Cookham Dean Cricket Club’s ambitious project for a new pavilion to be built at the ground.
This is a most welcome initiative which will improve the standing of the club and will also be much used by the local community.
Cricket is an important part of our national culture and it is great to see local cricket here is going from strength to strength.
I therefore urge everyone to get involved and get behind Cookham Dean Cricket Club’s proposal and get this pavilion built".
Please get in touch with Jim Rosenthal if you would like to get involved in any way to help realise our ambition!
